WORCESTER City have signed 23-year-old winger Connor Hughes from Halifax Town while keeper Nick Draper has left the Blue and Whites on loan.
Hughes, formerly of Oldham, Hyde and Halifax Town joins City on an 18 month deal for an undisclosed fee from The Shaymen.
Speaking about the move, Hughes said “I’m absolutely delighted to be joining Worcester City.
“It’s been a frustrating 18 months or so at Halifax and I’m looking forward to kicking on again and helping the team to do well,” he added.
Meanwhile City boss Carl Heeley has released Nick Draper on a month’s loan deal to Northern Premier League Division One South outfit Bedworth United in a bid to give the stopper some game time.
Draper made three appearances for the Blue and Whites this season but hasnt featured since the 1-0 defeat to Chorley in August.
