COOPER Vuna believes Worcester Warriors have got ‘massive potential’ within their squad which can take the Aviva Premiership by storm.
The 28-year-old, who signed for the club in March, said he has been impressed with the way his side have been shaking up ahead of their top flight return.
And with talented fly half Tom Heathcote joining in the summer and pacey wing Bryce Heem set to arrive later this month, Vuna believes they are ready to hit the ground running.
“We have got massive potential,” Vuna said. “We are going to start off with a bang, so we are going to show a lot of ticker and definitely win some games.
“We have got Tom Heathcote who has just joined us and he has been playing well. Against the Barbarians he showed he was one to watch as well as Bryce Heem. When he arrives he is going to bring a lot of mana -that’s what they call it at the Chiefs.
“He is going to chuck us all on board and we are going to get out there and score some tries.”
Vuna, who has previously played for Melbourne Rebels and Japanese outfit Toshiba Brave Lupus, added: “I am always excited to try another competition. I have played Super Rugby and it will be good to see what this side of the world has to offer.”
