WORCESTER Warriors have signed hooker Will Biggs from Coventry Rugby.

Biggs joined Coventry ahead of the 2022/23 campaign and previously played for Worcester RFC.

The 28-year-old captained his side to BUCS glory at Twickenham in 2019 and founded his own tech company ‘Zeeon’.

Zeeon assists clubs in creating matchday content with more than 100 teams currently using the platform.

Biggs said: “I’m extremely excited and grateful for the opportunity to represent Worcester Warriors.

“Living in the city, I can feel the excitement building.

“The support and energy from the community is incredible.”

Warriors head coach, Matt Everard added: “Will is a tough, experienced hooker.

“His set-piece is very consistent and he brings a lot of physicality in his hit.

“His emotional intelligence stood out to me when we met.

“He will be that ‘glue’ character that will be huge in bringing the team together.”
