WORCESTER Warriors have signed back row forward Abdul-Khalik Akenzua Al-Kareem from Premiership champions Bath Rugby.
Al-Kareem made his Bath debut in a Premiership Rugby Cup match against Northampton Saints in the 2023/24 season.
The 21-year-old progressed to Bath’s senior academy and represented England at academy level.
Al-Kareem said: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining the Worcester Warriors as they begin this new chapter, rebuilding from the ground up.
“It’s a unique opportunity that couldn’t have come at a better time, especially as I’ve just finished university and I’m ready for the next big step.
“There’s a real sense of purpose and momentum here and I’m excited to be part of it.”
Warriors head coach, Matt Everard added: “Khalik is a very powerful young man.
“This power has been consistently destructive throughout BUCS rugby this season.
“Khalik is a very promising young player in our squad.”
