WORCESTER City’s FA Trophy first round clash with FC Halifax Town has been postponed due to a frozen pitch.
The referee deemed the goal-mouth in front of the South Stand terrace was unplayable and made the decision to call the game off about 1.50pm this afternoon.
City, who were looking to secure their 15th game without defeat with the visit of Town, will be hoping the problem is sorted for their crunch FA Cup replay against Scunthorpe on Wednesday.
The game is likely to be rescheduled for a week on Tuesday.
