FOOTBALL - Worcester City to start season at home as 2025/26 Southern League Premier Central fixtures released

WORCESTER City will start the 2025/26 Southern League Premier Central season with a home game against fellow newly-promoted side Quorn.

The Southern League have released the fixtures for the 2025/26 season across their respective divisions.

And Worcester will start the campaign with a home game against Quorn at Sixways Stadium on Saturday, August 9.

City will then travel to Banbury United (August 12) for their first away game of the campaign.

Chris Cornes’ side host Alvechurch in their first home derby of the season the following month (September 23).

And City entertain local rivals Bromsgrove Sporting towards the end of October (October 21).




Worcester make the trip to Alvechurch for the return fixture the following month (November 25).

City travel to opening day opponents Quorn in their last game before Christmas (December 20).


And Worcester can look forward to a Boxing Day home fixture against Halesowen Town (December 26) in their final game of the year.

City begin the New Year with a derby clash against Redditch at the Valley Stadium (January 3).

And Worcester host Banbury in their first home game of 2026 at Sixways (January 10).

City travel to Bromsgrove for the return fixture the following month (February 21).

Worcester host Redditch in their final local derby of the season on Easter Monday (April 6).

And City then entertain St Ives Town in their last home fixture of the season (April 18).

Worcester finish the campaign with a trip to Spalding United (April 25).
