WORCESTER City have paid tribute to former stadium announcer and DJ Roger Harris who has died aged 79.
Harris, known as ‘Captain Crazy’, was a stadium announcer at St Georges Lane for many years.
He was also a stadium announcer at Kidderminster Harriers.
The club posted on X: “We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Roger Harris, the unforgettable voice of St Georges Lane.
“Our thoughts are with Roger’s family during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Captain Crazy.”
