WORCESTER City will play in the Northern Premier League Midlands next season after the FA released the National League System (NLS) club allocations for steps one to six.

The Blue and Whites stormed to the Hellenic League Premier title, finishing on 101 points, and also won the Wiseman Lighting Floodlit Cup in a stunning 2023/24 campaign.

And City will play at Step Four in the Northern Premier League Midlands next season alongside 21 other clubs.

Worcester are one of seven teams coming into the league with Darlaston Town, Loughborough Students, Racing Club Warwick and Wellingborough Town the other promoted clubs.

Long Eaton United drop into the NPL Midlands after suffering relegation last season while AFC Rushden and Diamonds remain in the division through a reprieve despite finishing in the bottom two last term.

And Grantham Town will also play in the NPL Midlands next season after moving laterally from another Step Four league.

The other teams City will come up against next season are: Anstey Nomads, Bedworth United, Boldmere St. Michaels, Coleshill Town, Corby Town, Coventry Sphinx, Hinckley LR, Lye Town, Quorn, Rugby Town, Shepshed Dynamo, Sporting Khalsa, Sutton Coldfield Town and Walsall Wood.

All leagues are subject to FA Council ratification.
