WORCESTER City came from behind to beat rivals Redditch United 3-1 and keep their play-off hopes alive.
After Morgan Owen put the Reds ahead, Charlie Lutz drew City level from the penalty spot at Sixways Stadium on Easter Monday.
An own goal put the home side in front before Brandon Smalley’s late strike sealed the points for City.
That came after Worcester drew 1-1 away at Bury Town at Ram Meadow on Good Friday as a late goal cancelled out Liam Lockett’s opener for the visitors.
The results mean City sit ninth in the Southern League Premier Central table, four points outside of the play-off places with three matches left to play.
Redditch took the lead at Sixways after just 10 minutes when a corner from the right broke kindly to Owen in the box and he lashed a shot into the top-left corner from eight-yards out.
However, City won a penalty on 29 minutes with Alex Foreshaw penalised for handball in the box as Lutz duly converted the resulting spot kick.
The Reds spurned a golden chance to reclaim the lead as the outstretched leg of Sam Kane denied Cameron from 10-yards out.
City went close after the break as Cameron Wilson took the ball around Redditch goalkeeper Stan Amos only for Owen to clear the goalbound effort before the ball crossed the line.
Redditch survived a scare soon after when Aaron Bishop glanced a free-kick into the box from the left onto his own post when defending a set-piece.
However, the home side completed the turnaround on 65 minutes when a long throw from the left hit a Redditch player at the near post and ricocheted into the net.
Worcester sealed the points eight minutes from time as Smalley cut in from the right and curled a low effort into the bottom left corner from just outside the penalty area.
That came after City conceded late on against Bury with Chris Cornes’ side forced to settle for a point on Good Friday.
Worcester took the lead on 52 minutes when Lockett’s corner from the left sailed over everyone in the box and into the net.
However, Bury snatched a point four minutes from time as Charlie Wise inadvertently turned a loose ball into his own net under pressure from a home player.
Worcester are next in action against Kettering Town on Saturday, April 11 with kick-off at 3pm at Latimer Park.
