WORCESTERSHIRE CCC batter Adam Hose is gearing up as many as 10 group matches in the space of just 23 days in the International League T20 in the United Arab Emirates.

Hose is competing in the tournament for the third time and for a second successive campaign with Desert Vipers in the six-team competition.

The Vipers begin their group campaign on January 12 against Abu Dhabi Knight Riders at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium.

A total of 34 matches will decide which two teams progress into the qualifier with the winners going through to the final while the third and fourth-placed teams will do battle in the eliminator.

The final will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium on February 9.

Hose, who recently signed a new three-year contract at New Road, played three games for Sharjah Warriors in the inaugural tournament in 2023.

He then switched to the Vipers and played nine matches in 2024, scoring 147 runs at a strike rate of 123.52.

Hose has also played in the Big Bash League for Adelaide Strikers and is vice-captain of the Worcestershire Rapids in the T20 Blast.
