A WORCESTER teenager has been handed a criminal behaviour order for anti-social behaviour.
Ryan Scott, of no fixed abode, was served the two year order following a hearing at Worcester Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, September 28, after reports of significant disruptive behaviour towards the South Worcestershire community.
The 18-year-old acted in a threatening manner towards others, was aggressive and used extremely bad language in Worcester, Droitwich and Malvern.
The CBO prohibits Scott from behaving in a manner that causes or is likely to cause alarm, harassment or distress and being with named individuals in any public place.
He is also prohibited from entering Crowngate Shopping Centre in Worcester, as well as The Hive, Sawmill Walk, The Butts, McDonalds, Foregate Street and B&M Bargains in St Martins Quarter.
He cannot refuse to leave any premise, land or area when asked by persons who have authority to do so.
