A 44-YEAR-OLD man is wanted for making threats to kill, stalking, harassment or burglary.
Hubert Locke – ‘Hulbie’ as he is known – is believed to be in the Droitwich or Worcester area.
He is described as white, slim build with piercings in both ears and a scar above his right eyebrow.
He has light brown hair, which is likely to be short shaven.
A West Mercia Police spokesperson said: “Anyone who sees Hubert or knows where he may be is asked to call 999 immediately.”
