A PACK of pupils received some useful healthy eating tips when staff from Worcester Warriors visited their school.
Laura Bolon and Dave Rogers, who work for the rugby club’s community team, have been spending time with Year Four pupils at Red Hill Primary School on Tuesday afternoons.
As well as practicing their rugby skills, children have also been learning about nutrition and healthy lifestyles as part of Premiership Rugby’s Something to Chew On programme.
The project aims to increase youngsters’ understanding of what constitutes a healthy diet and their knowledge of food safety.
Teacher Laura Standen said: “The children have thoroughly enjoyed this fantastic opportunity to work with Worcester Warriors.”
