WORCESTER’S bin collections have now resumed following this morning’s (Thursday) heavy snowfall.
Council chiefs suspended rounds during the wintry weather but collections have now resumed.
City residents are advised to leave their bins out for collection as refuse staff hope to complete the collections by the end of the day.
Any bins not collected will be returned to either tomorrow (Friday) or Saturday.
Waste & recycling collections have been temporarily suspended because of the weather – we are hoping to resume later today if road conditions allow us to do safely. pic.twitter.com/UT16Wkkp4K
