TWO men have been charged with assault by beating after an incident in Goldsmith Road, Worcester at the weekend.
Police arrested Ryan McDonald, 32, of Basin Road in Worcester and Daniel Gregg, 22, of Goldsmith Road at around 4pm on Saturday (July 19) following a report a man had been assaulted.
They were both due to appear at Kidderminster Magistrates court today (July 21).
The victim is recovering following medical treatment.
Detective Inspector Jordan Baker said: “This was a particularly harrowing incident, and we are aware of footage that is circulating which shows the attack.
“We would urge people not to share this footage, because of the impact it could have on this investigation but instead to contact police with any information they may have.
