A CHANGE of the guard is set to take place at the Guildhall tonight (Tuesday) as Mayor of Worcester Coun Allah Ditta hands over the chains of office.
Labour councillor Coun Jo Hodges, the current deputy mayor of Worcester, is set to become the new Mayor for the second time.
