THREE pedestrians were injured when a car and a fire engine collided in Worcester city centre.
Police were called to Sidbury around 6pm on Saturday (April 25) after the two vehicles collided. The fire engine then collided with a building.
Two pedestrians suffered serious injuries as a result of the collision, and a third pedestrian suffered minor injuries.
A man in his 30s was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by careless driving. He remains in police custody as enquiries continue.
