THREE arrests have been made after a drugs warrant was executed in Worcester this morning (Thursday, October 3).
Officers carried out a warrant at an address in Brookthorpe Close, Worcester following suspected links to county lines drug dealing.
The property was searched and officers found a quantity of class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine), mobile phones and around £470 in cash.
A 19-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A (heroin and crack cocaine) and possession of a firearm.
A 37-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman were also arrested for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs.
All three remain in police custody as our investigation continues.
Detective Constable Paul Modley, from the team, said, “We have successfully carried out a warrant at an address this morning in Worcester suspected of being linked to county lines drug dealing.
“Drug dealers’ prey on some of the most vulnerable people in society and their presence in turn causes more crime such as shoplifting, burglary and anti-social behaviour.”
