THE RENOWNED Budapest Café Orchestra are returning to Worcester for a live performance of traditional Hungarian music.
After their successful performance at the University of Worcester in 2012, the talented four-piece will return with a concert at the University’s St John’s Campus tonight (Wednesday).
The Orchestra plays an impassioned mixture of blistering czardas, Russian and Ukrainian folk, grief-stricken ballads and rollicking dances from Romania and Bulgaria.
The concert is being delivered by Shindig, Worcestershire’s programme of professional live arts in community venues.
The event will start at 7.30pm and tickets cost £9 for adults, £7 for concessions, £25 for a family of two adults and two children and £24 for a group of four students.
