Pyjama fun for good cause

A CITY care home was transformed into a dreamy slumberland with a ‘tea-cosy’-themed fund-raising pyjama party.

The team and residents at Regent Residential Care Home in St John’s each donated £1 to dress down for the day last Thursday (15 May).

They opted for more relaxed afternoon donning their pyjamas, dressing gowns and onesies to raise money for the World Cancer Research Fund.

Andrew Green, home manager, said: “The team here love to dress up for a good cause and we all had a fun day. Our residents had a great giggle at our expense – it was a day full of laughter and smiles.”
