Pupils tap into their wild side

Worcester Editorial 14th Nov, 2013 Updated: 19th Oct, 2016   0

AN ARRAY of creepy crawlies and colourful creatures from the Australian outback made a visit to a school in Worcester.

Pupils at Dines Green Primary School were able to get up close to a number of unusual animals, including bearded dragons, grass snakes and tarantulas, last week.

The Animal Mania team’s visit was part of the school’s international week which has seen children learn all about Australia.

As well as find out about the country’s culture and lifestyle, Animal Media gave pupils the opportunity to enrich their knowledge of its wildlife.
