Tom Cole, aged 25, has behaved anti socially, disorderly and at times in a threatening manner towards shop staff and members of the public.
Cole has spent Christmas in prison thanks to a 26-week sentence for shoplifting. When he comes out he will be subject to the CBO which is granted for two years and states that he must not:

PC Amy Hunt of Pershore Safer Neighbourhood Team said:
“The officer in charge and colleagues at Pershore SNT have worked hard with other police colleagues to get this CBO in place.
“We hope it sends a message that we are taking positive action against prolific shoplifters and are working hard to make Pershore a safer place.”
