A SERIES of podcasts based on the wartime diary of a young Malvern woman has been launched.
Malvern Museum has been working in partnership with an academic group from Edinburgh Napier University on the series which is based on Lorna Lloyd’s journal she started in September 1939.
The launch – at the Great Malvern Priory on Tuesday – included an illustrated talk about Lorna Lloyd and her war diary, some readings from the diary and Lorna’s poetry and a talk on the podcast with opportunities to listen to some extracts.
The podcasts will be available through Malvern Museum’s website from Tuesday.
