YOUNGSTERS at Northwick Manor Primary School were handed a £200 cash boost from a local housebuilder for its annual fayre.
Bellway, which is building new homes on land off Ombersley Road, donated the cash towards the school’s summer fete, which helped to raise funds to improve their resources.
Headteacher Sian Williams, said: “The summer fayre was a great success, with many children and supervisors heading down to take part.
“As a school we are always looking for ways to work with companies within the local area and we’re very grateful for the donation from Bellway, which allowed us to provide a fantastic raffle prize.”
Sales director for Bellway West Midlands Marie Richards, said: “One of our key missions is to support local schools within the areas in which we build new homes.”
“So when we found out the school were having their school fayre, we were more than happy to help.”
