WORCESTER and Malvern homeless charity Maggs Day Centre has appointed an interim Chief Executive, David Hall-Davies MBE.
Mr Hall-Davies has more than 20 years’ s experience in the charity sector. He has previously headed up YMCA Cornwall and YMCA Wales.
During his tenure as chief executive at YMCA, he was awarded an MBE for services to homeless and the community of Cornwall.
He boasts years of working within the homelessness and housing sector and retains a directorship of Blackburn-based developer Y Housing.
Mr Hall-Davies said:
“I am very pleased to be taking on the role of Interim Chief Executive at Maggs Day Centre.
“Maggs is a well-known organisation throughout Worcestershire.
“It does exceptional work through each of their services for people experiencing homelessness, with even more opportunities to grow.”
