ALL things ‘Celebrity’ are being celebrated at Worcester Art Gallery & Museum this summer with a packed programme of events for youngsters.
As part of the blockbuster exhibition ‘Celebrity’ being held at the venue until September and a number of activities are taking place to coincide with the event.
Throughout the summer youngsters have the chance to make tiaras and crowns fit for a film star, as well as pirate costumes and treasure chests.
The Celebrity exhibition features costumes and props from some of the world’s most famous celebrities, including Marilyn Monroe’s little black dress, Michael Jackson’s Dangerous tour jacket and Becky Grainger’s wedding dress.
Visitors can also dress up as their favourite screen star, immortalise themselves at the #selfiespot and play their favourite tracks on the jukebox.
Art Gallery & Museum Manager Angie Bishop said: “It’s great to see so many people enjoying Celebrity.
“The family activities will be lots of fun; they are a great way to entertain children during the long holidays and at only £2 for materials it is great value too.”
Entry is free and the Gallery is open Monday to Saturday from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
