Man left with facial injuries after attack in Worcester bar

A MAN has been left with significant facial injuries and needed surgery after being attacked in a Worcester bar.

The 37-year-old was assaulted near the male toilets inside Drummonds bar at about 2am on Sunday, October 4.

Police are now appealing for witnesses and believe two men were involved in the incident; one is described as white and approximately 6ft 11ins tall with short red hair. He was wearing a cream shirt at the time of the assault.

The second man is 5ft 9ins tall with dark gelled hair. At the time of the incident he was wearing a light coloured shirt with blue jeans and spoke with a Worcester accent.




Anyone who witnessed the incident should call police on 101, or information can be given anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or by visiting their website.
