A WORCESTER man has been charged with a section 18 assault – causing grievous bodily harm following an incident at a city property.
Ross Dutfield, 29, of St Wulstan’s Crescent, has been charged with after the incident on Staplow Road on Saturday (August 6).
He appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates’ Court on Monday (August 8) and was remanded in custody to appear at Worcester Crown Court on September 6.
A 23-year-old woman injured during the incident has now been discharged from hospital.
