A CITY car retailer has been awarded the prestigious Midlands Retailer of the Year award by Volvo Car UK.
The team at Listers Worcester, on Hereford Road, received the award for showing resilience and continuing to deliver excellent customer service throughout a difficult year, which has led to some truly industry-leading results.
In a year like no other, the Worcester team worked tirelessly to ensure a safe and simple experience for all customers. The team adapted quickly, introducing virtual and phone appointments to help advise customers, which contributed to them exceeding all sales targets for the year.
