Inconsiderate parking 'could be difference between life and death'

Worcester Editorial 17th Jun, 2021   0

COUNTY fire chiefs have issued a stern reminder that inconsiderate parking could be the difference between life and death in an emergency.

Bosses from Hereford and Worcestershire Fire and Rescue Service have once again made a plea to drivers to think before they park in some residential areas.

Crews have reported an increase in more congested parking on streets around the county which can make it difficult for appliances to navigate, especially in an emergency.

It’s hoped the plea will once again ensure the fire service and all emergency services can have full access to Worcestershire’s roads to reach an emergency in time.
