Gunman attempted to raid Worcester petrol station

A GUNMAN attempted to rob a petrol station in Worcester.

It happened at about 1.25am on Sunday, August 13 at the Texaco garage on Tolladine Road.

The gunman man approached the store and demanded entry. He was then unable to get inside the store and fled the scene on foot.

He was wearing a black jacket, black joggers and black trainers with white soles. He was also carrying a black rucksack.




West Mercia Police have now released an image of a man in the hope anyone who recognises him will come forward.

Anyone with information should call police on 101, quoting incident number 64s of Sunday, August 13 2017.
