Garage boosted by growing reputation

Worcester Editorial 15th Aug, 2017   0

A WORCESTER garage has doubled in size after revving up a decade of business.

Auto K, based on the Cranham Industrial Estate, was set up by business partners Lee Keegan and Steve Knott ten years ago and has gone from strength to strength.

With a decade under their belt of offering car MOTs, servicing and repairs, and building up a loyal customer base, the duo decided to extend Auto K into the next door premises.

Dad-of-two Lee said: “It’s always a struggle for independent businesses to compete with the big chains, but I think we can offer a friendly bespoke service to our customers which see them returning over the years.

“When the premises next door came up for grabs, we just went for it as we could certainly use the space.”

Steve added: “We are really proud to be in business ten years down the line and with an ever-growing customer data base.

“This move will ensure we can continue to deliver value for money and we will soon have tyre-fitting facilities so all our services will be under one roof.”
