Family fun day to mark Bank Holiday

NEW College Worcester is getting set for a fun family day of activities at the school for children who are blind or visually impaired.

The event tomorrow (Monday) is free for any family who have a child of any age who is blind or visually impaired.

Amongst the activities available will be pony rides, a petting zoo, inflatable fun, arts and crafts, water zorbing, drumming and more.

The event is the chance for blind and partially sighted youngsters to get involved, have some fun meet other children. Parents can chat to NCW students and staff, have a look around the school and enjoy a day out.




The day starts on Monday (May 1) at 10am for a 10.30am start and families can register at www.ncw.co.uk/events.

The event closes at 3pm and refreshments are also included.
