THE WINNERS of a special photography competition celebrating the beauty of Worcestershire and Herefordshire have been revealed.

More than 100 keen photographers entered the Tourism Photo Competition which was organised by Herefordshire and Worcestershire Chamber of Commerce along with Visit Worcestershire and Visit Herefordshire.

Ten photographs were chosen for Worcestershire and Herefordshire and the public selected the overall winner from each county.

The winner of Visit Worcestershire is Lynsey Duggins with her photograph ‘A Romantic Ruin’, taken at Witley Court, whilst Visit Herefordshire’s winner was Josh White with his photograph of ‘The Weir Pool’, taken at Goodrich.

The prizes available for this year’s competition was one night’s dinner with bed and breakfast for two people, including use of the spa facilities at The Bank House Hotel, along with guest day passes at Wye Leisure for use of the gym, spa and pool.

Additionally, The Green Man offered a one night stay including breakfast and Goodrich Castle offered two entry tickets to the castle.

Visit Worcestershire and Visit Herefordshire would like to thank all those who entered the competition and congratulate both Lynsey and Josh on their achievements.
