Easter advice to stay healthy

Worcester Editorial 19th Apr, 2019   0

DOCTORS are urging people to make sure they’re fully prepared for the Easter bank holiday weekend.

Some NHS services, like GP practices and dentists, will close on Thursday evening, April 18, and won’t re-open until Tuesday morning, April 23.

Doctors say many minor conditions such as coughs and colds can be managed with self-care, staying at home, resting and keeping hydrated.

Health chiefs say Accident and Emergency services are for life-threatening accidents and emergencies only and there are a number of other health services available to help people if they become injured or unwell.
