Courses offer a chance to hone skills

Worcester Editorial 10th Jan, 2020   0

BUDDING artists and crafters are being invited to unwrap their creativity for 2020, with a brand new term of courses and workshops at Worcester Arts Workshop (WAW).

The new term of courses for adults began this week. For those perhaps wanting to try out a new pursuit before committing to a whole term, there are several one-off workshops to choose from including Spring Vase on February 14, Ceramic Egg Cup on March 6 and a pop up painting style event on Van Gogh’s Sunflowers on March 25.

WAW’s Art Clubs for children and young people continue from Saturday (January 11), including Pottery Club, Junior Art Club and Post 16 Art Club with a huge range of new skills and creativity to experience for young people aged four and above.

The Home Educators workshops for groups of young people and regular dance classes offered by Translucent Dance Company and drama group Wymsical Theatre are also on the menu in 2020.
