THE FINAL countdown is on for anyone with a WR postcode to submit an event to be part of this year’s Worcester Festival summer of fun.
Organisers have until tomorrow (Friday) to register an event taking place between August 12 and 28 – the duration of this year’s celebration of the Faithful City.
No event is too big or too small, you can host a special football match, run a Worcester Festival pub quiz, hold workshops to teach people a new skill or even put on a show.
All registrations are free and those submitted with be published on the Worcester Festival website and in the guide
After last year’s success, festival organisers are compiling the Worcester Festival Food Guide again for local hospitality business to offer a special something to their customers, this could be a dish or menu served exclusively for the run of the Festival.
“We are so excited for the 21st Worcester Festival and hope lots of people and organisations can join us for another fun and exciting celebration of Worcester City life,” said festival director Chris Jaeger.
