City family welcome their own Prince Louie on same day as royal baby

A WORCESTER couple welcomed their own little prince into the world on the same day as the new royal arrival and were overjoyed when they discovered the bouncing bundles of joy shared the same name.

Baby Louie James Graham arrived into the world at the Worcestershire Royal Hospital at 1.43pm last Monday and tipped the scales at 7lb, just over two hours after the birth of namesake Prince Louis of Cambridge, the third child of HRH the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.

Little Louie was named the same day and is the second child for city mum Ami Synnuck. He is settling down to family life at home with mum, dad Stuart Graham and proud big sister Kaitlyn.

Ami told the Observer she and Stuart couldn’t believe the royal baby’s name when it was revealed to the world on Friday.

“He was six days late and I was literally in labour when we heard Kate had had the baby. I had joked to someone she was going to have him before Louie was born and she did but not by much!”

As well as sharing the same first name and birthday, little Louie could have even shared the same middle name of Arthur but the couple eventually decided to call him Louis James.

The bouncing bundle of joy is the first celebration of 2018 for the couple who are due to tie the knot this year.
