Christmas engaged couples urged to say 'I do'

Worcester Editorial 8th Jan, 2024   0

COUPLES who got engaged over the festive season are being urged to say ‘I do’ in Worcestershire.

The county council wants brides and grooms-to-be to know the registration services team are on hand to help tailor their ceremonies and has released a new brochure to help couples plan their big day step by step.

The guide highlights the different venues where ceremonies can take place, how ceremonies can be personalised and details the legal paperwork needed to tie the knot.

Coun Marcus Hart, Cabinet Member for Communities, said: “Worcestershire has many wonderful venues for couples to host their big day, and our Registration Services team are happy to help you to create your wedding, your way.

“Our brochure is a great starting point for planning your wedding, and guides you through our processes in a simple and effective way.”
