Children among four injured in Grove Way two-car collision

POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a serious collision in which two children were among the injured on the A4440 Grove Way in Worcester.

The collision happened on Sunday (November 12) at about 3.30pm involving a BMW 330 M Sport and a Vauxhall Insignia.

Police said the BMW was travelling from the roundabout onto the A440 from the Christmas Tree island and had a head-on collision with the Insignia.

The driver and passenger from the Insignia, a man and women, were taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham with serious injuries.

Two children also from the Insignia had to be taken to the Worcestershire Royal with minor injuries.
