A NUMBER of organisations from across south Worcestershire have launched a new campaign to encourage everyone to play their part to end male violence against women and girls.

The West Mercia wide partnership event was hosted at Sixways and heard the voices of victims and survivors of serious sexual assault and abuse conference.

Representatives from the South Worcestershire Safer Streets project partners attended the event to showcase their work within the region.

The scheme has been tasked to redesign public places to be more welcoming and as a result improve safety for women and girls.
