A WORCESTER B&B has been crowned as the best value for money accommodation in the West Midlands by a major hotel search website.
The Manor Coach House in Hindlip was announced as the winner in the Value for Money category at the trivago Awards 2017, after the website trawled through thousands of hotel reviews to determine the best-rated hotels and B&Bs across the UK.
It follows on from the B&B’s success last year when they topped trivago’s list of 20 of the area’s best places to stay, which included seven B&Bs, 11 hotels, one resort hotel and one B&B offering self-catering apartments.
Terry Smith, who runs the B&B alongside his wife Sylvia, said: “We have been running the award winning Manor Coach House Bed and Breakfast, at Hindlip on the outskirts of Worcester for eight years, and are absolutely delighted to add the trivago award to our collection.
“We are thrilled to be selected first place in the trivago Top Hotels in the West Midlands Awards 2017, in the best Value for Money Category.
“We believe our commitment to providing guests with outstanding service and value has helped us to become one of the UK’s best accommodation providers.”
Johannes Thomas, managing director at trivago, said: “We aggregate and analyse more than 175 million hotel reviews from websites all over the world. This gives us strong insights into what hotels are particularly good at.
“Our trivago awards recognise those hoteliers who deliver an exceptional experience to their guests, and we are proud and delighted to award those achievements.”
