BANNED: Prolific shoplifter handed three year Criminal Behaviour Order

A PROLFIC shoplifter has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) banning her from a store on Chapel Walk.

Kelly Phipps, 42, from Pershore, has been banned from entering the following premises under the terms of her CBO:-

Tesco Express, High Street, Pershore

Co-op, Racecourse Road, Pershore

Savers, High Street, Pershore




House of Fraser, Chapel Walk, Worcester

Sports Direct, Riverside Shopping Centre, Bridge Street, Evesham


Boots on Pershore High Street.

Phipps is also prohibited from refusing to leave any premises or location when asked by someone with the authority to do so.

Anyone who sees her entering any of these premises is asked to report it to the police by calling 101.
