WEST Mercia Police, which is working with the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB), has launched an appeal for video footage following the hot air balloon incident, in which Peter Gregory died.
The force’s officers and the AAIB are appealing for anyone who was in the area at the time and may have dash cam or mobile phone footage of the incident to get in touch.
Anyone with footage should e-mail it to DC Tracy Ruff at [email protected] along with any other information which could help the investigation.
Launching the appeal on Wednesday, a West Mercia Police spokesperson said:
“We would ask that the privacy of Peter’s family is respected at this difficult time, and that all footage is sent directly to us and not posted on social media.”
