Rob George 30th Jun, 2022

AN APPEAL for anyone who may have captured the moment a car left the road and ploughed into a house in Worcester has been launched by police.

Officers made the plea after the incident at about 2.30pm on Saturday (June 25) when a red Ford Focus ST-2 came off Ripon Road near the junction with Canterbury Road.

It went through a garden fence before colliding into a house on the street. The incident was visible from the busy Newtown Road.

No injuries have been reported.

Officers have spoken to a number of witnesses but would like to hear from anyone who captured the incident on camera.

Anyone with any information is asked to visit www.westmercia.police.uk/tua/tell-us-about/cor/tell-us-about-existing-case-report or call 101 quoting incident number 342 of 25 June.
