RESIDENTS thinking of standing as a councillor in May’s Worcester City Council elections are invited to a briefing on March 19.
The event at the Guildhall will give prospective candidates – and their potential agents – all the essential information they need to know ahead of the poll on May 3.
The evening will begin at 6pm and run through essentials like how to complete nomination papers, how much can be spent on campaigning, how postal votes work and much more. Free nomination packs will be available on the night to take away.
