WORCESTER CITY chief John Snape has hailed the decision to award a contract to talented young midfielder Liam Lockett.
The 19-year-old has signed on the dotted line for the coming season to cap a remarkabe rise through the ranks.

Speaking after the deal was confirmed, Snape said Lockett and a few others from the under 21s would be involved in the first team this season.
“Liam is an outstanding and upcoming talent for this footbalI club. I look forward to him progressing further this season.”
