WORCESTER City will be looking to get back to winning ways when they travel to Bradford Park Avenue for their first Skrill Conference North game of 2014 tomorrow (Saturday).
Carl Heeley’s men were scheduled top play table-toppers Solihull Moors at Aggborough on New Year’s Day, but heavy rain meant the clash was called off.
City’s last outing saw a disappointing 1-0 home defeat to fierce rivals Gloucester City, and results since have seen the Blue and Whites slip to 21st in the league.
They will, however, be encouraged by their last two away league games, a 1-1 draw at Solihull and a 2-1 victory over Stalybridge Celtic, coupled with the fact Bradford are on a barren run in which they have lost their last six.
The game at Horsfall Stadium kicks off at 3pm with a pitch inspection set to take place at 9am, but club officials say they are confident that unless rainfall is exceptional the game will go ahead.
