WORCESTER’S Heart of Worcestershire (HOW) football academy is celebrating winning the AOC league championship after winning 8-0 against Sandwell College.
HoW Academy entered the match needing just one point to clinch the AOC League Championship for the first time in four years.
The side’s previous clash against Sandwell College had seen them narrowly take the win courtesy of a deflected shot in the dying moments of the game.
The side scored four goals in each half to secure the league title with two matches still to play this season.
They are currently on a ten-match unbeaten run and haven’t tasted defeat in the league for over 18 months.
