A WORCESTER based housing and care provider, Sanctuary, celebrated a significant achievement after being awarded Gold accreditation by Investors in People (IiP).
This national recognition highlights the organisation’s exemplary leadership, support, and development of its employees.
The latest Gold accreditation has been awarded to Sanctuary’s Central Services team, which encompasses staff working in finance, technology, HR, and sustainability.
This adds to the organisation’s impressive record, with its development, student accommodation, housing, care, and supported living divisions having already achieved the Gold standard.
Investors in People assessed Sanctuary through a combination of surveys and in-person interviews with staff.
The evaluation praised the team’s culture of transparency, inclusion, and empowerment, noting that employees feel trusted and valued.
It highlighted the inspirational leadership and the excellent learning and training opportunities available to employees within Central Services.
